How does the Invisalign system work?
Invisalign starts with a visit to our office where we will take impressions of your teeth for creating a 3d model. Your teeth’s moldings are then sent to a dental technician that will work with us to create a digital treatment plan. Our doctors will customize a full plan for each patient based their bite and corrective needs. The plan is then shipped to a lab where your entire course of aligners is custom fabricated to fit your precise moldings. These aligners are then shipped back to our office and the doctor will provide you with them upon your next visit. Each aligner would be worn for a course of about 2 weeks. You will then need to visit our offices roughly once every two months for checkups.
